About Us

Wristcheck is a pioneering watch platform built on transparency and trust. We combine offline retail with cutting-edge tech and innovation to revolutionise the way people buy, sell, and learn about watches.

Launched in Hong Kong in 2020, we aspire to become the premier destination for watch commerce and culture. Our marketplace connects a worldwide community of collectors, whilst our editorial content shines light on everything you need to know about horology. Wherever you are in your collecting journey, we want to empower you to keep growing!

Wristcheck is backed by Gobi Partners GBA, a pan-Asian VC firm that manages the Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund (AEF), with participation from K3 Ventures.

Who we're looking for

Join an internationally diverse and fast-paced team that’s growing quickly across Hong Kong and the region! As our Community Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the office’s activities and drive initiatives to create a lively and productive work environment for everyone! You will be the central resource for all things office, and work cross-functionally across all levels of the business, both internally and externally. You’ll also be working directly with our CEO to carry out Executive Assistant functions. You are thoughtful, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, and very proactive amidst juggling different responsibilities. This is a one-year role that could potentially develop into future opportunities as a Community Specialist or Executive Assistant, and will report directly to the HR Manager.

What you'll be doing: Community Building
  • Representing our Hong Kong office and championing our Wristcheck office culture - you will act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters for staff, guests, and external vendors
  • Taking initiative as our Wristcheck ambassador to curate and improve our workspace
  • Acting as a liaison with vendors, contractors, landlord, and building management in servicing our office space, making sure that our office is fully stocked and equipped at all times and handling relevant payments as necessary
  • Setting up an office supply management system, including stock management, purchase flows, cost tables, etc.
  • Maintaining and encouraging office order and upkeep, including floor checks, key management, and identifying areas of further improvement
  • Work with the wider HR team to organize, coordinate and execute internal employee events including logistics set-up, vendors, materials etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests and new joiners; welcome them, show them around and help them feel at home
  • Building and maintaining an open channel of communication across our three locations, including disseminating information, announcements, and messages promptly to the wider team (e.g. office logistics, building updates, etc.)
  • Providing cross-functional support for all departments as necessary
  • Other ad-hoc engagements and projects - we are a small team with dynamic responsibilities!
What you'll be doing: Executive Assistance
  • Working directly with and in support of the CEO in his daily operations
  • Calendar management and logistical coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Preparing meeting materials such as minutes, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, etc.
What you'll bring:
  • 0-2 years of work experience in customer service, business operations, office administration, or relevant fields; fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent and effective communication in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, hands-on, detail-minded
  • Multitasking skills and a go-getter mentality; ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on business needs and timelines
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels across the business
What we offer:
  • Growth opportunities in the business administration field as Office Manager or Executive Assistant
  • Ownership and responsibility from day one - have a real impact on the company's growth
  • An open minded, transparent and people-first culture
  • A true idea meritocracy where the best ideas win, regardless of who or where they come from
  • Work with people who are passionate and love what they do everyday
