Who we're looking for

OKX is looking for an energetic Human Resources Assistant (1-year contract) to join the team!

What you will be doing

Serve as primary point of contact for employees’ general HR enquiries;
Provide daily HR operations for the Team, e.g. pre-onboarding preparation, on/off-boarding formalities, Personal file and staff information management, etc;
Support the team in various research and data analysis for HR initiatives;
Assist in global mobility administration, e.g. visa application and co-ordination, insurance handling, international transfer formalities, etc;
Assist in C&B functions including leave record maintenance, Part-time salary calculation, medical insurance record maintenance, etc;
Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Who you are

Higher Diploma and or Degree Holder in HRM related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience;
Well versed in HK employment ordinance;
Proficient in MS office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
Good command of English and Cantonese;
Self motivated with sense of urgency and can-do attitude
