Who we're looking for

As a Customer Success Specialist joining a high-paced and fast growing EdTech Start-Up, we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt and take ownership with tasks at hand. With exciting growth opportunities ahead, we are looking for a passionate individual who is optimistic and ready to be a part of an expanding team.

What you will be doing
  • Provide full-spectrum management and support for key accounts such as: communication, call-notes, follow-ups and administrative support
  • Maintain relationships with existing key accounts
  • Assisting in communications, obtaining further information when needed, facilitating any deeper integrations and grasping upsell and cross-sell
    opportunities, organising and anticipating follow-up
  • Write clear marketing communications to promote products and services to our users
  • Identify new opportunities with existing users
  • Produce reports
Who you are
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • Highly-organised and client-focused
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
  • Passionate about making a change
  • Able to handle constant change in a start-up environment
  • Experience in copywriting and producing marketing materials
  • Familiar with excel
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Sales support and marketing background are a plus!
  • Any experience in education is a plus!
  • Passionate about technology is a plus!

Language requirements:

  • English fluency
  • Mandarin fluency
  • Cantonese fluency a plus
