Who we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic Manager, Finance to join our WelLab Bank team.

What you will be doing

Lead the monthly management deck preparation and analysis to Management / Group office to facilitate business decision making process
Drive management reporting automation to drive higher efficiency and productivity
Manage Finance system (Oracle Netsuite) to ensure accurate and efficient financial information and management information flow
Lead Head Office reporting
Support budget preparing and tracking processes
Support communication with internal and external stakeholders

What is required and what we’re looking for:

University graduate with major in Accounting or Finance
HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in management reporting, preferably in the banking industry
Proficient in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint)
Experience in ERP project is an advantage
A team player with strong analytical mindset, good communication skills and risk awareness
Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
