Shopline (HK) is looking for an IT Analyst to join the team!

What you will be doing

IT Helpdeck & Admin support
With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus

What you will be doing

Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service;
Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained;
Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services;
Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines;
Participate in various IT projects.

Who we are looking for

1-3+ years relevant experience preferably in IT fieldUniversity degree is prefer
With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus
Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce
Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
