At CL1CK, we believe in working smart and more productively – not hard. As our team grows, we evolve with its changing needs to ensure that each day is more fruitful. We don’t follow a typical 9 to 5 routine – instead we focus on completing each task on time and in the most efficient way possible.

We are doing something new and different – this means we are constantly experimenting with different ideas. Although we hold each team member to very high standards, we are okay with ideas failing. We have a learning-driven organisation and we understand that each team member is on their own growth journey. Our only motto is not to make the same mistake twice, i.e., to actively learn from each mistake, and use these learnings to guide future decisions.

What We Do

CL1CK (R3A Group Limited) is an early-stage start-up operating in the e-commerce industry. Our mission is to personalise every customer’s buying journey with dynamic pricing and promotions. We aim to empower e-commerce businesses with the ability to increase their revenue in just one click (hence our name!). We launched publicly in early 2022, and have early traction with users and partners across Hong Kong, USA and India. We are incubated at Cyberport and Ooosh Tech Lab.

The Office

  • Dress code: Smart casual.
  • Office layout: We have offices in Cyberport and Lai Chi Kok, although our team usually works at the spacious co-working space in Cyberport 3. We either work from our personal office space, or one of the main individual working pods during times of deep focus. Our office enjoys lots of natural light, along with a beautiful view of the Cyberport harbour.
  • Features: Cinemas with AR/VR facilities; well-stocked pantry; gym; yoga classes; access to learning & development programmes from leading industry experts.
