Who we're looking for

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our WeLab Bank team.

What you will be doing

Take ownership of the entire user experience, including thinking about how UI/UX drives activation, engagement and retention in our products
Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
Work with the team in strategic development, ongoing refinement and refinement of product roadmap
Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.
Create innovative experiences from high-level requirements and deliver process flows, wireframes, and product designs
Combine creativity with an awareness of design elements, user-centered design, business objectives, and technical limitations
Work with product, engineering, and data science to deliver the best solutions within a reasonable timeframe

About you:

You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life you could've been a detective)
You always find a way to get things done without sacrificing the quality of your work, integrity and values. No task is off limits for you.
You are humble and prioritize the success of the team over your own with an eagerness to help those around you
You don't shy away from challenges and have the ability to bounce back from setbacks

Requirements:

A minimum of 3+ years of designing digital products
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch and/or Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
Excellent visual sense to set up frameworks, brainstorm initial design concepts and development
Understanding of interactivity, information architecture, hierarchy, layout, and usability principles
Experience working with software engineers
Strong communication skills and ability to influence counterparts/stakeholders at various levels
Portfolio is required for application
