Who we're looking for

We are looking for an energetic System Administrator (Cloud) to join our WeLend team.

What you will be doing

Responsible for the IT operations and support under DevOps model
Manage and monitor systems, infrastructure and cloud services, ITIL/ITSM
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Provide helpdesk support, technical services and daily routine task and system operation
Handle IT procurement, asset management and vendor management
Coordinate and support IT related projects
Perform regular system & network review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and incident and change management;
Implement system security parameters including responsibilities, request sets, and system access.
Research new technologies, techniques and 3rd party frameworks to benefit the automation

What is required and what we’re looking for:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
3+ years of IT experience in system, network and cloud administration
Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker)
Cloud experience is an advantage (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Sound knowledge in IT security, performance tuning, capacity planning, storage, and networking
Knowledge ITIL Foundation
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good command of Cantonese and English
