We are looking to hire a talented Senior Manager / Manager - Business Analytics to join our growing team in Hong Kong.
In this role you will have the opportunity to use your team's data analysis and storytelling skills to enable breakthroughs in Commercial, Marketing, and Product Development activities for MoneyHero. You will also have broad exposure to regional teams and projects spanning various functions including Commercial, Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations.
The ideal team member should be passionate about delivering not just output but outcomes by using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to produce quantitative and qualitative insights that are actionable. He/she is comfortable engaging with stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Technology teams to understand business challenges and clearly articulate recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, computer Science, BBA or related disciplines. MBA is preferred.
5 years+ proven experience in data analysis experience or equivalent is essential
Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with capacity of articulating the information management process in business language
Have written and oral fluency in English and Cantonese and ability to communicate technical content to general audience
Engineering mindsets, data-driven and embrace experiments. “Get it done” attitude that completes high-quality projects and tackles ad hoc challenges
