Who we're looking for

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative self-starter to grow Festyle to the next stage with us. You’ll be leading the growth and marketing side of the team, and working directly with our founder Ding Ding on growth strategy, data analytics, and all things social. If you breathe digital marketing and dream of the social impact we could create together, you’re the teammate we are looking for.

What you will be doing

Create and manage a data-driven framework for evaluating growth efficacy and implementation.
Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, social media marketing and brand marketing.
Develop different marketing protocols, tactics, structured experiments, and iterations to drive growth and optimize the conversion rate from various channels.
Identify opportunities for collaboration with existing or new communities through all things social.
Build and own our social media and content calendar to engage with our community, and oversee our ad strategies, performance, and optimization.
Ensure effective communication and campaign execution with external and internal parties.
Keep abreast with the latest trends and drive changes in growth hacking and digital marketing.

Who you are

You care about women empowerment and would love to see where we can go together with scalable impact as an impact venture.
You’re data-driven — love to look deeper into the analytics, do A/B testing and create new initiatives from there.
You’re a go-getter — don’t mind rolling your sleeves up with a can-do attitude while managing multiple project timelines and stakeholders at the same time.
You love growth hacking and digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this field.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and F&B industry would be a plus but fresh graduates are also welcome if you’ve interned at startups or e-commerce before!

It’s a bonus if you have these

MarTech tools - You have knowledge of MarTech, graphic design, or video editing software or are tech-savvy to pick up new tools quickly. You’re our star if you even know how to scrape data from the web!
